Our spacious, freshly renovated apartment is perfect for a peaceful family vacation surrounded by nature. - Full kitchen for preparing delicious meals. - Two bedrooms - one with a Queen-size bed (180cm) and the other with two single beds (90cm). - Two bathrooms - one en-suite, the other separate. - Accommodates up to 5 people with a wide living room sofa (5th person upon agreement with an extra fee). - Enjoy morning coffee on your balcony with a sparkling pool view and the greenery of the surrounding forest. - Wifi, TV, AC, washing machine, dishwasher. - Relax in the complex's two pools. - Parking space within the complex. As a corner apartment on the top floor, it offers tranquility and privacy, perfect for a quiet and relaxing holiday. Only a 10-minute drive to famous Puerto Banus, known for its glamorous atmosphere, delicious restaurants, luxury yachts, and exclusive shops. For golf enthusiasts, our location is a dream come true, with Las Brisas golf course within walking distance, and other renowned courses like Los Naranjos and Aloha Golf just a short drive away. For any questions, feel free to contact the host. HOUSERULES: If booking our holiday aparment, we expect all the guests to accept and follow all the houserules. 1. No smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited. 2. No parties or events: Parties, gatherings, and events are not allowed on the premises. 3. Maximum occupancy: The maximum number of guests allowed in the apartment is 5. Additional guests are not permitted without prior approval. Extra fee will be applied for more guests than 4. 4. Check-in and Check-out: Check-in is from 16:00, and check-out is by 11:00. Late check-in or early check-out between 22:00 and 09:00 is possible for an additional fee, but it must be agreed upon with the host in advance. 5. No pets: Pets are not allowed to maintain cleanliness and accommodate guests with allergies. 6. Respect for neighbors: Please keep noise levels low, especially during late evenings and early mornings. 7. Quiet hours: Quiet hours are from 23:00 to 09:00. 8. Cleanliness: Maintain high cleanliness standards and leave the property as you got it. General cleaning supplies are provided and additional cleaning fees may apply if excessive cleaning is required. 9. Trash: Please dispose of all trash in the correct trash bins outside of the complex before check-out. The trash bags are provided in the apartment. 10. Damages and breakages: Guests are responsible for any damages or breakages incurred during their stay. The cost of repair or replacement will be charged to the guest. 11. AC: Turn off the air conditioning when leaving the apartment. 12. Parking: Park only in the parking space marked as number 130. Parking outside this spot is only at your own risk. The host will not be held responsible for any potential consequences. 13. Community swimming pool: The pool is open from 15th of June until the 15th of September from 11:00 am to 19:00 pm. Use outside this time is at your own risk and all guests must follow community rules. 14. Safety and security: Ensure doors and windows are securely locked when leaving the property. Welcome to our enchanting holiday accommodation in Marbella, located in the heart of Nueva Andalucia in the "Señorio de Aloha" complex. The apartment has a perfect location to allow you to take the most of the Mediterranean experience. Just a 20-minute walk from Puerto Banus with it's sunny beaches and only 5 minutes from Centro Plaza shopping center as well as many outstanding restaurants. Also just around the corner is the popular Nāo Pool Club. - Recently renovated - Two bedrooms: a Queen-size bed and two single beds. - With a convenient sofa bed in the living room, the apartment accommodates up to six guests. For the fifth and sixth guest, we charge an extra fee. - A spacious terrace offers a breathtaking panoramic view to the majestic La Concha mountain peak and to the sparkling Mediterranean Sea. It's impossible not to fall in love with this view. - An additional smaller terrace offers an ideal spot for a relaxing morning coffee. - Fully equipped kitchen provides all the amenities you need to prepare your favorite dishes. - WiFi, Smart TV, air conditioning, washing machine, dishwasher. - The complex offers two pool areas with sunbeds. - Your own parking space in the complex's underground parking. When booking this holiday apartment, we expect that all the guests have read and accepted the houserules before. For the utmost convenience, we offer the option of late check-in or early check-out between 22:00 and 09:00, but it is only possible for an additional fee of 100 euros and has to be agreed on before with the host. - Damages and breakages: Please treat the property and its belongings with care. Guests will be held responsible for any damages or breakages incurred during their stay. - Cleanliness: We maintain high cleanliness standards and expect guests to leave the property in the same condition as they got it. General cleaning supplies are provided in the apartment and additional cleaning fees may apply if excessive cleaning is required. - Trash: Before your check-out, please throw out all trash into the correct trash bins outside the complex. The trash bags are provided in the apartment. - Safety and security: Guests are responsible for their own safety during their stay. Please ensure that all doors and windows are securely locked when leaving the property and report any safety concerns immediately to the host. - Turn off AC: Please remember to turn off the air conditioning when leaving the apartment. - Parking Rule: Guests are requested to park their vehicle only in the parking space in underground parking: marked with number 9.
